poor experience. the only reason I’m giving two stars is because Ariel is the kindest soul. maintenance is quick, but they will try to make you feel bad for even calling or not immediately knowing how to resolve the situation yourself. it’ll also take MULTIPLE requests to get a singular issue fixed. the weed smell is constant and LOUD. it’ll never get properly resolved either. there’s an ongoing issue with vehicle burglaries and just questionable subjects around the property in general, management refuses to properly address... read more

Verified Renter I've been here a while.. my apartment is spacious and I like their new remodeled units. They're actually worth your buck.. The transfer process is very easy and the leasing office are very responsive. I also love the pool and the gym.

Verified Renter I’ve only had issues since I was here, I will bring up my issues or concerns to staff, and they will put it off for weeks on in. It just seems like they want your money. But at this point, I’m paying for an apartment that always has an issue.

Verified Renter My wife and I stay at the front of the property and for the most part absolutely love it !! It’s quiet, cleaner than the back and lots of grass and walking paths for my very active dog. Verified Renter I love my apartment just don’t how often the water is shutoff. Very quiet, love how pet friendly this is and the feeling of safety. Most of the office staff are fantastic. Pet park is great. Every neighbor I have met are very nice and friendly.
