Verified Renter This is a nice place, maintenance could be better and the control over the amenities rules could be better as well. There also is still lots of people who smoke and you can smell it almost every day walking around the property especially at the pools.
Verified Renter Renew Towne Oaks is such a hidden gem! It’s super quiet and tucked away, which I love. The pool is always clean, the dog park is perfect for my pup, and the parcel lockers make getting packages easy. Highly recommend 100% if you’re looking for peace and convenience!
