Verified Renter Maintenance is always responsive, and get to me usually within 24h, which I really appreciate! However, I feels the problem is just fixed with a bandaid until the next time it breaks. My AC breaks every summer, and it's patched together, as opposed to solving the problem once and for all.

I love my little nest and the location is amazing you have so many shopping and dining opportunity just three minutes away.

Verified Renter Please visit your apartment before you sign your lease is all I have to say. They also have a roach problem. Maintenance is cool and upkeep outside is appealing. Definitely ask to see YOUR unit not A unit

Verified Renter Living here is great. Most of the Ultility are fair, though I personally wish sewage didn’t cost so much (that’s just me though). It’s peaceful and it has some nice maintenance that help. Highly recommended.
