Absolutely awful customer service. Bought vehicle in September and dropping it off to service for fourth time for the same check engine light. They've had my vehicle in service for three weeks total. Drop off appointment for 7:00 and it's now 7:18 and service still not open. Another customer scheduled for 7:15 so we sit here and wait. They don't call with timely updates in the vehicle and basically don't care about the inconvenience, frustration, and grief having to be without a vehicle causes their customers. UPDATE Review: It's 2018, and Joe has worked his magic and got my wife in another outstanding lease on an Escape! Upgraded her package without hurting our budget at all! We enjoy working with him.
