I took my car in because the check engine light was on. My car was also giving me a hard time starting it when I would fill the gas tank. Brian reset the check engine light, told me my car was fine and charged me $140. My light came back on and still had issues at gas station. Took my car to West Herr Ford and they fixed it for me immediately. Car runs great now.

I went into Towne Ford yesterday to look around and get ideas of what I might like for my next car since I wouldn't be able to carpool with my husband. We started to look when we bumped in Gary from the Sales Dept. I told him I was interested in a few cars I saw on the website like the Volkswagen Passat and Ford Focus. Was into the dealership this week for repairs. Anthony our service advisor is wonderful. He seems to be very understanding when it comes to communicating our issues to the mechanic. And see that they are taken care off. Also communicating with me about what issues they found and what it was going to take to repair them. Had it not been for a part that they didn’t have in stock I would have received the vehicle sooner then I did. Which even with that I still felt it was done in a timely manor. Bob Waulk, the go-to customization guy at Towne Ford, is a wizard. I am buying a full-sized Transit van, which Bob is customizing in an expert way. He is nothing short of genius in his methods and mastery of trouble-shooting, deadlines and creativity. We purchased a vehicle from the Towne Auto Group 7 years ago on eBay. The purchase and vehicle were fine, but for the love of all things good and pure DON'T give them an email address. Every year or two, like a zombie clawing its way out of the grave, another new email subscription arises that must be bludgeoned back to into oblivion. These emails, while probably useful for locals, offer tires and oil changes from a business that is 240 miles away from us. I walked in to towne as I always do. I go to my guy kevin O’Brien I told him an f150 xlt. Nothing fancy. But he knows my likes and dislikes as I’ve only bought from him in the last 8 years. Great people , good service from Bob in accessories ! I misplaced my primary set of remotes & key for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe and he ordered me 2 remote starter fobs instead of one so I'll always have a spare ! He made my day
