I was contacted very quickly after my initial inquiry. I was very upfront and told the first gentleman I spoke with that the car I would be trading was using an excessive amount of oil and I did not expect to receive full market value on trade. He thanked me for my honesty. I spoke with two different people and both were extremely courteous.
