If you need anything custom made just ask for Meghan!!!!! She custom designed my engagement ring with diamonds and gold from his mother's ring and it is perfect!!!! She worked with me to find out what I wanted it to look like and I couldn't have asked for a better ring. She can take what's in your head and make it into a beautiful piece of custom jewelry!! It is a truly unique custom design that matches perfectly with my mother's wedding band. I have always had great customer service at Town Square Jewelers. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased new items from them and taken in older watches and rings from other stores to be repaired or cleaned. I highly recommend Town Square Jewelers.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service I Received at Town Square Jewelers this morning. I went in to see if I could trade in a brand new in box Pandora charm that I received as a gift as it was the wrong size for my bracelet. Granted it wasn't purchased there but was a gift from my son in Colorado. We moved to Fayetteville last year and I am a true believer in supporting local economy. My mom has a bracelet that she hasn't taken off in 23 years and it broke almost a year ago. We took it here to get both clips fixed and cleaned. When we picked it up it wasn't cleaned, they "forgot" and only fixed one clip, the manage or whoever called my dad a liar in a nice way, I was their also when he told us that they would fix the whole thing completely, now I have to take it somewhere else and spend more money to get the other side fixed. They "cleaned" it and its still covered in dirt.

I needed my engagement and wedding ring soldered together, and Town Square Jewelers is conveniently located to me. While it was being soldered, they also called and said it needed a repair and would be happy to do that as well. I agreed, and it looks like an entirely new ring! They reshaped the band (it had been warping to my finger), soldered it to perfection, repaired a missing diamond, and cleaned it so well! It was also done in a timely manner.
