Great place! The management and staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were looking for an alternative college class ring and knew Town Square was the place to go. Cindy, as well as Asia, listened, advised, and offered alternatives. We ended up purchasing a signet ring on which a sorority pin will be mounted. I have a wedding ring that was made for me 43 years ago. One of my rubies needed to be replaced because I lost it. Rubies can be hard to match and I was so worried that the stone would be wrong. They matched it beautifully. The Jewelers also pointed out that the reason my stone fell out was that the settings were damaged. I appreciated their alertness to prevent another lost stone. Cindy is a rock star! I came in with my grandmothers engagement ring (almost 100 years old) and she carefully showed us the flaws and repair time/costs. And it was done the very next day....so my fiancé definitely surprised me when he showed up at my door to propose that evening!!! And we worked with her to have the wedding band custom made to fit the band...we picked up the band over the weekend and it’s just STUNNING! Would highly recommend Cindy and this business.
Town Square Jewelers is top notch! I had my wedding ring cleaned and 6 prongs replaced and it only took one day! Super friendly and professional staff. Prices were good as well. I will definitely be back!
