Dropped my ring off about 2 weeks ago to be sized (which was near completion), but I later decided to change my size for comfortably due to living out of town. Although I felt bad for making a last minute change, their customer service was awesome!! They were glad to make the adjustments for me at no additional cost. This really make my day!! Thank you!!
