Been comin here since I was 17 years old!! Always treated with the up-most respect, and when our favorite guy Dave Smith had a day off, Jay stepped right up to the plate!!
Like the prices and the people but they need to get a grip on their ETA's. Told me it would be hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. Took 3hrs to complete...
I paided 700 dollars for tires and the ride sucks got to bring it back on my next day off...to be continued
Bought tires at this location 3 times now. Staff is generally friendly and never pushy with upselling services. The last couple times I've been here it was while in a pinch for new tires that I hadn't budgeted for. After explaining my spending constraints I feel confident that the staff guided me to the best tire I could afford without trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. I will continue to come back.
Fantastic customer service. Had a minor issue with some tires & rims I bought 2nd hand, and they went above and beyond to resolve for me. Would highly recommend this spot to friends/family/anybody!
They were great. They told me it was a least a two hour wait. They were so busy. The help was very very helpful.

Don't tell a customer their car will be ready around 5 "no problem". Better to be honest... This was at 2:15 today and my car hasn't gone in yet????? Its 530 now... I wouldn't have been dropped off right after work... Should of suck with the local guy
