Because you guys are so rude and have such shitty customer service I bought my rims and tires somewhere else. And I paid more and I’m not mad about it. :)
They made us wait 2 hours, took three cars that came after us and when confronted about it they said “they were busy” that’s their excuse for everything. You are better of going to a better, reliable and good customer service car shop to get your tires rotated and pay! It’s not worth the wait!!!! They need to stop customer preference and do their service on a first come first serve basis, like they said they do.

I called TFT and they gave me a good price on a couple of tires and emailed me the quote. I made an appt for 11 am and they took my car right away. It didn’t take any time at all! Eric was very courteous, respectful and friendly. I will definitely be back the next time I need tires.
WE went a week ago to get 4 new tires and they showed us the 4 different ones and explained them. They are very good and know what they are taking about.I highly recommend going there. We are very pleased with our new tires.
I stopped here today for a second opinion after being told by Goodyear that I needed to replace all 4 tires as the nail in my tire causing a slow leak couldn't be repaired. The gentlemen who helped me (missed his name!!) was SO helpful, told me that they couldn't do an internal patch due to where the nail was but some old school auto repair places still do external patches. Directed me to a local repair shop. I went and was able to get my tire repaired for $19 instead of spending $800 for new tires! Guess where I WILL go now... read more
The guys at town fair are awesome very friendly and professional.
I a very bad experience there this week. Will never go back. Always loved TFT. But after my experience On Monday. I'm done. Worst customer service ever.
