RecommendedAs busy as the staff was today and with limited staffing to keep the employees safe they were all extra courteous to all the customers. I’ve always gone to Town Fair Tire, but after today’s visit it is no question in my mind that Town Fair Tire is the place to go. Be safe and Thank you.
I had a 9:00 appointment dropped the car at 8:00 came back at 11:30 and they said it would be quiet awhile ...we buy our tires here commercially I decided to get them here personally....bad move ...I left with no tires and a wasted day ...they took the walk ins when I had an appointment
After having left town fair tire in Westfield Massachusetts, after having an appointment made to fix my tire, they refused to service my vehicle and put air in my nearly flat tire. They wanted me to wait over an hour. I stopped in at town fair tire in Enfield Connecticut and Roland not only helped me out fixed my tire and was so very nice he didn’t even charge me anything. Town fair tire in Enfield is awesome. I recommend them to everyone.
After calling around to a lot of shops, this was the one worth going to! Excellent service over the phone and in person. Dave provides a friendly face and excellent customer service, and Scott got the job done RIGHT by knowing exactly what I was looking for and executing. Thanks so much, guys! Find a local supplier!! Brought my truck here with a damaged rear tire. They forced me to replace both rear tires even though they were very new, and it cost a bundle. Then when I called to get a copy of my receipt, I spent 30 minutes on hold only to be dumped into a voice mail.
Dave and the team at Townfair tire are fantastic. great job on my rims and tires!
Went for a tire rotation and expressed some shaking I was having while braking, they checked it out and I ended up needing an alignment. I was in and out in under an hour! Car runs great now! Great customer service and I will continue to use this town fair for all my tire needs!
