Joke. Make an appointment and you wait an hour before your car goes in. Ask for the "free rotation" and they need the car for an additional two hours to do the rotation. Really?

Took over 3 hours to put on 4 new tires and I had an appointment too
I had a tire repaired. ( Staple causing a slow leak ). They got me right in and removed the tire and put a patch on the inside. That's the proper way to do it instead of punching a sealer through the hole the staple came out of. Text message telling me when my car went in and follow up text when it was done. Have to give kudos to the service and response time.
