everything!❤ the staff. all of them are kind..caring .compassionate..it shows, they care and love the fur babies that come in..like their own..I seen Leslie cry in the room when we were crying over Blu.😢you can't fake that! .and Dr G is the best. too....Blu loved her so much💙so much love and compassion ❤

Terrible customer service and they gave us a hard time dropping off our pet saying we were too early They scheduled an appointment then pretty much told us they don’t go by appointment time They also made payment very difficult. We are canceling our account with them

Just that your Receptionist Aprilnot really friendly and it seems like when asking her questions she acts like she don’t want to When you’re confused about. Answer something and needing help that should be done the right way she really needs to learn to smile with people because she always looks like she’s angry so I really don’t like asking too much sorry about putting her name out
I brought my cat to this pet hospital for a general examination as I had just adopted him. I filled out the form online stating what was needed to be looked at (itchy skin and sneezing/coughing) AND the form I filled out right before the appointment. After it took 2 hours for them to call us and let us know we could pick up our cat, the vet said everything was fine aside from his teeth being dirty. This is the only PetSmart I’ve ever had issues at. We lived in KS previously and always loved the acre our pets got. Moved to NC in the fall, house had mold (military base, go figure) and our dog broke out in a bright red rash all over his belly. Brought him in and the nurse, front desk person & vet ignored us telling them we had mold and instead suggested it was the region and then proceeded to push Purina dog food on me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the appointment for my two cats. They are extremely quick to charge for vaccine tags. However awfully slow to perform services. My cats had been in their carriers for over 8 hours. The doctor never even came out to talk to me. When I mentioned my concern about one of my cats earlier in the morning they hadn’t even investigated it. They also didn’t even document a rabies vaccine on the paper work they gave me so I am not 100% convinced they even gave my cat the vaccine. To top it off my cats w... read more
