We love everyone in this practice. The front staff are friendly and professional. The technicians are always loving on our dog, knowledgeable and friendly. The veterinarians are kind, knowledgeable and caring. They personally follow up with you on any test results and/or surgery outcomes. We love the whole staff.
Have received 'injured' care from here for both feline and canine, great, timely efficient service and budget friendly as well ( in comparison with other area clinics). They are friendly and compassionate about what they do! Thankfully I have two recovering animals due to the care they provided, Therefore removing a lot of stress and worry for my fur babies!
I was just in the clinic. Everyone so nice and cooperative. Little funny Dixie did a poop in waiting room and they had no problem cleaning up. Everyone is smiley. The vets are very nice. Thanks to ya'll at Town East Galloway Animal.
I have been taking my Chow to Town East Animal Clinic since he was 8 weeks old, and Ben is 10 years old now. I use to live in Mesquite years ago but live in Plano now and I make the drive to Mesquite whenever it's time for Ben to get groomed, his annual checkup and shots. I would never consider taking him anywhere else. All of the staff there are wonderful, they love Ben and take good care of him, and Ben and I love them all. They are the BEST!!! I would recommend them if you are looking for a GREAT place that is going to ta... read more
The most compassionate staff anywhere. Always quick to get you in when you have an urgent situation and VERY reasonably priced!
Didn't wait long I set my appt for 10 and within a few minutes my pet was already being seen, and wonderful staff wonderful bedside matter...and only a 5 minute drive from my house...I had to end up putting my cat to sleep and everyone there was so comforting they made a bad experience a little more bearable, ty guys!
TEGAC has been taking care of our pets for the past 18 years. We would not go anywhere else. They genuinely care about every animal that comes through their door. Whether it was a new puppy or it was time to let them go they stood beside us all the way. Thank you for investing in what is so precious to us.
If you're looking for a place that truly loves your fur babies this is the place to go. The staff is remarkable and always so caring and supportive. We have had to make hard decisions regarding our babies, we wouldn't have wanted to do it with any other group of people! We have had some good times along with laughter as we make sure our babies are healthy and well taken care of. We have used them for 20+ years and have to say they are family! Love and appreciate the staff so much!!!!
