Town & Country has such an amazing pool of candidates that you can not find on your own (and I have tried)... It may seem expensive but after you run an ad in the paper and tried to do it yourself (and failed!) you realize it is worth every cent.
It was great! Everyone I worked with was very prompt and responsive. We had a glitch with a candidate that said she couldn't work for us on her first day because of personal issues. Joanne was right on it, offered temp services and got new candidates. We hired someone even better.

My Placement Counselors were great to work with and I have been EXTREMELY happy with both placements. Iris was great and Emily is fabulous. Emily has only been here 2 days, but she is everything I was hoping for and more. When you have to leave your only child with someone else it is very hard, but I have total trust in Emily and also had total trust with Iris.
