Hands down the BEST in home resource agency in the Bay! Smart, competent, warm and genuine people at both the SF and Palo Alto offices. They are always professional, thorough and discreet with great follow up to make sure everyone is happy and all needs are being met in the homes they place. I am writing this review because I really believe and stand by this company. I am a professional Nanny, a previous preschool teacher /assistant director. Prior to me finding my current position through Town and Country Resources, I always found my positions myself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am actually a nanny, so I guess I'm writing this review from a different perspective than everyone else on here. I signed up at Town & Country back in August. When I went in, I filled out a HUGE stack of papers, and then interviewed with a woman to talk about specifics... And then, that was it! I have worked with T&C numerous times due to changing child care needs and without exception, I have been impressed with the professionalism, genuine concern for my situation, and amazing service provided to me. What an exceptional agency! When we were looking to replace our housekeeper we had heard wonderful things about T&C from our Realtor so decided to give them a call. Even the initial phone call was exceptionally pleasant. Absolutely amazing! They have helped our family so many times! Melissa and her group have set us up with babysitters on the same day we needed them! And they are always so very professional and our son has had a great time with each one. What would we do without them? Have no idea and don't want to find out...Any time you need help for your children, temporary or permanent, we absolutely recommend them. Town and Country was very helpful in finding us a night nanny. They were able to find candidates that met our needs in a short time.
