T&C has done a great job helping us find help when we've needed it. We've used them to find a temporary nanny, babysitters and a party helper. Each candidate that they've sent to us has been exceptional and very qualified for the job. I've always had very prompt service from the temp department and we continue to return to T&C when we need someone to watch our children.

I've used T&C for the past 2.5 years specifically for short-term back up care when our nanny has been sick or on vacation. We've probably worked with a dozen different nannies over this time. I give 5 stars to Melissa Seevers who handles the placements. She is incredibly responsive, reliable and professional. I can't say enough good things about working with her. The staff there at Town and Country are wonderful! Especially Kristen and Amy. As a nanny, they found me a wonderful family to work for. They do care for the Nannies and the families!! As a nanny who really cares about her job and has a passion working with children Kristen and Amy really have made this process easy and well worth it. Will recommend this place to my nanny friends and families who are in need of a great nanny!!

After obtaining work with families for several years (always on a part-time basis) through friends, I was approached by T & C about a full-time job for a maintenance technician.
