After the third time this has been the case, I can safely say I will not come back to get my car serviced here again. Questions ignored due to the whole staff on their phones texting, little professionalism in appearance and customer concerns, and difficulty getting a simple oil change. I've never left a bad review for a company, but it was enough to make me go out of my way this time and leave one. Consistently poor customer service.
Thank you to Kevin and Tristan they were so helpful yesterday on my purchase of a 2013 Nissan Altima. They helped me get into a bigger and newer car that I had requested. This is my third purchase from Town and Country Ford.
Braxton is the bomb at selling a Benz (and probably pretty good at selling Fords too). Quick, easy, in and out, good deal, couldn't be easier.
I purchased a vehicle 4/15 and they did not begin registration process til I called 5/13 because my plates were expiring. They sent a new temp tag but did not forward registration documents to my County of residence until 6/2 ( I have dated copies.) Now my commercial vehicle is illegal because they are refusing to renew my temp tags. Told me to "take responsibility" ..... this matter was out of my hands entirely, and this will cause harm to my business. We were traveling through and had engine trouble. We took our diesel truck in to the service department. Shannon helped us out. They diagnosed the problem and got us running again. The employees were fast, professional, and polite. Thank you Shannon!
