From the first moment I walked onto the show room floor I immediately fell in love with not only the cars but everyone that worked there. Over the past years I have purchased five cars from Town N Country and every time the experience gets better and better. People tell me, "you can never trust a car salesman" and I say that's bull. I do trust this group of gentleman because they have never steered me wrong and always look out for me. I will buy from them forever! KC

Worst customer service ever!! Traded my vehicle in this past saturday..started having problems on sunday. Took it back to the dealership today asking for my vehicle back and just want to cancel this deal. Told by the sales manager too late.. this dealership is crooked!!! Do not use them ever!!!

Do not buy a car from this dealership, we bought a used explorer a month ago, there was 5 things on the we owe sheet they were suppose to fix after taking it back twice we picked it up and the door was still not fixed, they told us that there was no signature on the we owe sheet the general manager was rude and told us we should not have purchased a used vehicle!!The car was 20,000 used or not that's $$$ horrible people at this company that do not care about there customers at all!!
WARNING. ..do not go to town and country ford for service. They quoted me repair cost of 1300.00 when it should be 260.00. Said i needed radiator, but i didnt. Beware and stay away.
