The staff is always friendly and the sales staff is awesome to deal with. If you're skeptical of car salesmen, THIS is a place you can toss that aside! I've been to others that try every trick in the book to scam you, but not here! Your first oil change is always free and you can always earn more! Who doesn't love a free oil change?? And they don't try to upsell you on other services and windshield wipers either like those quick oil change places. Can't say enough about this dealership!!!

They would not honor an extended warranty, or rather what the warranty Co was willing to pay for a repair, wanted me to pay the difference AND the deductible. That's not how it works. Refused to come and get me after dropping me off at my home. Worst service dept experience ever

Jason and Dalton are the bomb! Traded my 2011 juke for a 2014 mustang and figured it all out in under two hours! Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They were so nice and helpful and quick on their feet to make sure I wasn't sitting there for hours. Sooo happy with my new dream car. Thanks so to the guys at the dealership.

I have had my vehicle there 4 times for a drivetrain vibration issue. Techs have looked at it all 4 times and have said nothing is wrong. I don't understand why they can't fix the problem. They said there was nothing they could do for me. The car was under warranty but they stated it would cost 600 dollars to maybe fix the problem. They charged me and the vibration is still present. They have no problem making me rent a car for the 4th time though. This experience has cost me over 1000 dollars and still not fixed. Every time... read more

Jason, Dalton, and Barry are the best! I traded in my 2013 escape for a 2014 charger, and they have been so helpful and nice! I would highly recommend them if your looking to buy or trade in!

I just had a great customer service experience at Town and Country Ford in Madison TN. Yesterday, I heard what I thought was a stone caught in one of my tire treads. Today when I looked, it turned out to be the head of a nail. I called their service department. Even though they were going to close in about five minutes, they told me to come on over, they would wait for me. They fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes at no charge. I will definitely take my car there again when it needs service. Well done, guys!
