The service department at the Bessemer dealership is probably the rudest and hardest to deal with of any I've ever experienced. Very cumbersome in their procedures and not customer friendly. Every company has policies and I understand that but to top it all off the service writer laughed and made insensitive jokes about my personal safety in my vehicle. I'll walk before they turn a wrench for me again.
