Ryan Smith (Rhino ) did an excellent job answering all questions I had about the John Cooper Works MINI , responding to texts, email and phone calls . I really appreciate holding the car for me as it was over a 2 1/2 hours drive to get to the dealer. The car was just as described and everyone there was very helpful and courteous with an intention to detail. The financing department was wonderful, prompt, to the point and to the penny.
