Our salesman Chip Nichols was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making a decision to purchase our new F-150. I was starting to lose faith in the service department after they lost several people (Get well soon, Shawn) and the newly hired staff didn't seem to have basic knowledge of the vehicles they're supposed to be communicating repair instructions. That was until I met Vanessa, the shop manager. She stepped in and handled everything personally and I never had to ask twice or call over and over to see if it was done.
