Ryan was very efficient and thorough and very pleasant. I've have used Town and Country before and have been very satisfied.
Loved loved loved Jordan. He was as helpful as you can ask of a company. He fixed my broken spring then showed me how to care for my door to get the best wear out of it. No one has ever shown me that my door needed regular maintenance just like a car needs. I am so grateful to him and will ask for Jordan every time but I think I will be seeing him a lot less. Thank you again.
I have used Town & Country Door four times now. Gary W handles the greater Ann Arbor area, so he has taken care of us each time. It has been timely, professional and reasonably priced each and every time. Great group!
Great Experience. Called first thing this morning and was able to get an appointment for early afternoon. Ryan W. was assigned and called me 30 minutes ahead of arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and got to work right away, while explaining to me his initial diagnosis and potential options and cost. He had the parts in his truck and was able to complete the repairs quickly. He took the time to grease the track and lubricate the door hinges. Very happy with the service.
Justin provided quick excellent service. I strongly recommend.
Jordan called and said he could come earlier than the original 2 hour window which I appreciated. He diagnosed the problem(s) with my door opener and made recommendations of repair or installing a new door opener. He informed me on 2 different models outlining benefits of each. I chose one and he installed in very promptly and professionally. Jordan represented himself and Town & Country Door in a very professional manner.
Justin was in and out very quick. He explained to me what he did in terms that I was able to understand and some things i can do to keep my door in good shape for the future. He was personable, polite, and an excellent representation of Town & Country Door. Keep up the good work!
