I live in Wyandotte the original call was a repair. The opener was beyond repair so I had a new opener installed. It was a professional installation and everything works fine. They deserve an excellent rating.

Well, up until this week, I would have given this company an excellent review. But not now. 1 month ago, we had them fix a neighbor's garage door. Fast service. Done well. 10 days ago, they made a minor repair to our garage door. Fast service. WARRANTIED. Done well. Yesterday, after the wind storms caused a "brown out", their "consultant" came because we needed to get our garage door to work. My garage door broke and I called town and country. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a couple of hours. Jordan came out, knew exactly what the problem was, actually had the part with him and was able to fix it in 15 minutes. He was so helpful, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond. I could not have asked for such a great result. I will definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.
We have been using Town and Country for a number of years. Justin has worked on our door for many of our service calls and we couldn't be happier. He shows up when he says and does great work. He makes sure the job site is clean and is very pleasant young man.
