I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 8/30. The tech named Kem came out and was unable to fix the problem so he said he would come out the following day 8/31 from 12-2 to complete the job. NO CALL NO SHOW! I called around 3pm and they told me that they would call the tech and have him call me back. Nobody returned my call nor fixed the problem with getting my garage door repaired.
