Took my jeep in, they had it 3 weeks couldn't figure out the issue... said they couldn't recreate what I was saying. But 5 minutes on the highway and it did the same thing for me so i dont understand.... service people otherwise are friendly. BUT..... they broke a lock on my beadlock rims, did not ask them to fix my leaking tire. But they said it wasn't their fault it broke.... but I just got the rim back from vans machine shop will all new hardware put in 460+ dollars and they said they weren't going to fix it. Excellent work and service.
DO NOT waste your time and money here. I bought a car only about a year ago and have NOTHING but problems and headaches the service department is TERRIBLE won't fix anything When they say they will and continues to charge more and more for each thing they claim is going wrong. Will tell you "we don't make the cars" and leave you with more issues than you brought in. I may not be an expert but I can certainly say that after getting my car "fixed" it shouldn't have a check engine light come on before making the 10 minute drive... read more
