We should not have to wait 15 minutes to get checked in and then wait 2+ hours to pick up a new prescription. I think the refills should wait their turn. I sat and watched the refill window empty for over a half hour, why could she not help with the people waiting for new prescriptions? It did not help we have to deal with the kids running around. Reopen the children's room.
I do not know what to do. I am out of Metformin and have no refills left. My civilian MD has tried to send new prescription to the Pharmacy both electronically and by fax but the Town Center Pharmacy says they have not received it. The MD is in Nashville and they have the correct electronic address. I have called the 270-798-8887 and the 270-412-3030 repeatedly and no answer and then an eventual hang up. The wait is always ridiculous!!!! The card says 20-25 mins and I have never waited less than 45. I waited over an hour and a half last week and I am over the 45 minutes mark now and still 20 away. I would much rather pay Walmart but BACH refuses to give a paper prescription therefore eliminating my right to chose and forcing my sick children with high fevers to wait hours for medication
just found out they shorted my wife on a month of her meds. I moved the day after I got the meds and now the pharmacy on fort hood wont give her meds. anything that happens to her its on you bach!
It said average wait time 30 minutes, it's been over 2 hours.
