No capacity for the Fort Campbell Community. stoppers yesterday to get my prescription and was told it was a minimum of two hours and there wasn't time before closing. they said it would be ready by 10 a.m. next day. I arrived at 11 a.m. to find an extended check in line after having to wait in the car with a buzzer because of limited capacity. RecommendedIf they are the only pharmacy open, why are only 4 windows open and 1 at the counter for check in. Slow on purpose.
Wait in their long line for 45 mins outside to pickup a prescription, just for them to tell you that you need to call first so they can fill it. Now you get to come back later in the day and wait in the same long line, again. Absolutely the worst system ever. They never answer their phones and it just goes to a useless voice answering system. Pathetic.

they don't answer their phone and suck at answering for other pharmacy that are trying to transfer a prescription! Having negative sid affects because of them not answering after non stop calling for 4 days.
Long wait times. Slow service. The worse military pharmacy I have ever been to in my military career. I go off post and pay for all of my medications. I suggest others do the same. Beats having to wait for hours to get your medicine, or having to wait for days to get a new prescription filled or a refill.
Personnel are very nice and professional.
they have a really slow system compared to other pharmacies at other military bases. I would recommend going to the VA and have them ship your medications. because it takes just that long to get your medications nowadays. I waited in line for two hours. I get inside the pharmacy and they tell me come back after 2 hours and wait in line. if I add the 2 hour waiting period that my provider told me to wait for that is 8 hours! go fort Campbell town center home of the slow screaming chickens.
My thanks to all the personnel, both active duty and civilian, who are working during these times. They all did a great job yesterday.
