RecommendedIt’s a long wait for new prescriptions but they are free so why do people complain.
Sitting here on my Saturday, literally all day. 8 windows open, only one calling people. At least 50 people are waiting. Trash. What a way to spend my day off trying to get a prescription I’ve been on for 5 freaking years.
Why do you even have a phone number if you don't answer the phone?
On Saturday.. 12/28 my husband Kevin was there for a refill which took at least 3 hrs if not more. As if that wasn't bad enough... he was told by Dr Stewart he was lucky to even be able to come there and that it was a privilege for him to be there. The pharmacy was for active duty. My husband give 22 yrs to the military... I think he earned it.
The wait times for prescriptions is horrendous. Waiting 3 or 4 hours for medications is ridiculous! The system needs to change!
Too slow. The pharmacist have to verify your information Why do they have to verify our information when I am in the system and I have an ID with me . The pharmacy is wasting my precious time waiting for prescription for over an hour. I still haven’t gotten my prescription I have to go back tomorrow and sit through this again. This isn’t good customer service

It is 3:25 pm there are people here since before 11 am. The ticket reads”Our goal is to serve you safely and with courtesy in 60 min. Or less” definitely missing the mark. I would fill out an ICE card but there isn’t one available. The town center does not show in the ICE system either. Not sure why one has to go to window twice, definitely not efficient.
The Town Center Pharmacy at Fort Campbell, KY, is poorly staffed, and poorly ran. There is a shortage of Pharmacist, which contributes to the 2 hour plus wait time for routine medications. Refills seem to go quickly, but patients are punished with excessive wait times for new prescriptions. The absolute the worst Pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with.
