It’s only gotten worse over the years. The wait takes up my whole afternoon with a rambunctious toddler at my side. This pharmacy is a necessary evil. Seriously military people have lives and kids to deal with. This is a joke.
This place is a joke! Make you wait hours for prescriptions and then blame it on not enough help( uhm aren’t those soldiers walking around the back of the pharmacy supposed to be working?)! You would think the post commander would take more pride in his post.
RecommendedBesides the fact that it is free meds, the folks there are always courteous and kind.
Seriously....I hate coming here. The wait is toooooo long. Going on 50 minutes now.

I've always had good service at Town Center Pharmacy.
I want to know why Google says the pharmacy closes today (Friday) at 5:45, along with the hours on this very Facebook page. Then the BACH website says they close at 6 on Fridays, but when I called the number provided they say they close at 5.
I think this is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. They can't even answer the phone.
Can someone please explain why new prescriptions have to sit and wait while refills speed through. If it were not for the outrageous cost of my prescription I would fill it off post where I don't have to wait over an hour to get any prescription. Someone needs to address the issue as to why it takes so long. It's a pharmacy. We shouldn't have to sit in pain while they lolligag behind the counter.
