We have been using them since we moved here 2 years ago, and I absolutely love the care we have received. Recently we took one of our fur babies in for a nasty ear infection, and they were gentle with her getting it cleaned up and diagnosed as well as explaining how it happened, and how to treat it. They have always been upfront on costs with me, and while I know they are more expensive, I'm willing to pay more for the amazing care we continue to receive time and time again.
I worked here for almost a year and it is a great place with great people. They all do a good job and are hard working!
Very Very Poor Rating . I have always dealt with Dr. glass and he has been wonderful! Today however I dealt with Dr Biddle. He gave me meds at three times the price as what I can get them else where. He wouldn't listen to me when I talked. I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone anymore! Sorry Dr Glass! Crazy, Fifth eight dollars for TWO wormer pills.
I've vetted with Town and Country for 30 years and I could not imagine a better vet clinic. The doctors are capable and caring and the techs are sweet and supportive. From everyone from the office manager Judy, to the techs who know us by name, to Drs. Glass and Biddle you could not ask for a better vet experience. Any bad review should be regarded with suspicion.
Best in the country! They are very professional and knowledgeable! Great group and wonderful docs!
Loved Dr. Glass, he was very calm and patient with my puppy Zoey and gave me a few pointers on getting her to listen. Very nice, helpful people that took good care of Zoey while she was there. Will definitely be taking her there from now on.
Thank you to Dr Biddle and staff for seeing us so quickly. Not a regular patient and urgent. Exceptional service. Thank you for your kindness!
