Got my hair done today by Yen at the new location. I have been a client of hers for over 12 years and as always it is amazing! She's done a wild variety of colors and cuts on me from short red hair with blonde streaks to awesome long blonde hair with highlights. Nobody else will touch my hair till the day she retires! Thanks for always making me beautiful wherever you're working from!!!!!
Ive been coming here about 10 years to have my haircut. I have had good experiences up until 2/15/17. That day I was a walk-in and someone named Yen cut my hair. It was obvious she was in a hurry to get me done and flip that chair. She made absolutely no effort to establish a rapport with me at all and she was just not friendly at all. Yen made no effort whatsoever to blend the top and sides after she had completed her "lightning" cut on my hair. Ive paid someone else to fix it. The staff is fantastic, the service is great and Jerry cuts my hair perfect every time. I hope you guys have a great Christmas!!
Marti is awesome. Great with kids and people in general I don't live there anymore but she cut my hair from age 16 and up plus my kids.
