Very Good Business- Unfair Reviews I have been going to Town and Country for over six years and have always found that the staff and doctors are kind and professional. I have witnessed many clients come in and be rude and treat the staff and doctors as if they are not a true doctors office but a public service. Of course prices will rise with each coming year, what business does not do that. Excellent care I've been taking my pets to Town & Country Animal Clinic for about 10 years and have always been impressed with the care that they have been given. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. The DVM's are first class and the recent renovations to the facility are wonderful.
Excellent clinic I have been taking my pets to Dr. Wendy Walker since the late '70s. The care my dogs have received has always been excellent, and Dr. Walker is a great, no-nonsense vet. Once when I brought in my adorable but headstrong Aussie puppy, she told me I'd either have to show him who's boss or get him a flock of sheep. To show me how to use a specific type of collar on him so I could gain control over him, she actually took us outside in the back during our appointment and demonstrated the use of the collar with my... read more
Dr. Lianides (Dr. "Li") Dr. Lianides is the best vet you could ask for. She really loves animals and has a gentle way with them. She gives you options, but will always guide you to the best decisions for your puppy. Dr. Li has also stayed late on several occasions when my puppy had an emergency. She never grumbles and always greets you with a smile. Dr. Moran and Vet Assitance Linda S. are great! The reviews in here are pretty spot on, even the negative ones. I use Dr. Moran. She does genuinely seem to love animals and has good "bedside manner" with them. And Linda, the vet assistant there is excellent with animals.The reviews about Dr. Walker are dead on unfortunately. I had her once when I forgot to ask to schedule with Dr. Moran. Dr. Walker is very terse, curt, and generally not a nice person to deal with. It is convenient I disagree with the reviews. I take my cats there because it is close to my home and therefore convenient. I like my cats and I am a caring and pet compassionate owner, but I do not think my world revolves around my cats, therefore, I rather have someone knowledgeable and efficient. The staff is neither caring nor rude, just regular staff who treat you with some level of courtesy, some are better than others. Great place to take your pets! I have been going to Town and Country since 1996. Dr. Sara Moran is the best ever! She tries hard to be reasonably priced and make suggestions of non-prescription medications that may be less expensive and more easily accessible. She lovingly "put down" my 16-year-old dying doxie, while I stroked and talked to him. She is a "commonsense" vet. My pets love Dr. Moran! Positive Remarks about this Animal Hospital I have been going to Town and Country since 1987 when I adopted my first dog. My vet is Dr. Moran and she is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor and wonderful lady. If my dog is ill, she will check them thoroughly and do what is necessary to make them well again. At the same time, she makes suggestions to other treatments available, if need be. I say this to say that she doesn't try to get me for all my money at an emotional time yet she is realistic.
