Dr. Walker should stick to horsebreeding Dr. Walker at the Town & Country Animal Clinic is hot tempered and not very friendly. I have a shitzu who doesn't bite but can get aggressive when he is scared. Dr. Walker and her assistant put so much restraint on him that he went poo poo even though he already went right before his appointment. Then Dr. Walker said that my dog was" full of himself" and she huffed and puffed, shaking her head. This doesn't sound like an animal loving vet, does it? They tried to put a muzzle on his sh... read more

My pets are like my children; I want only the best care for them Town and Country Animal Clinic is one of the best veterinary clinics around. I had tried 3 other clinics, all which were closer to home, before finding Town and County. I have been with Town and Country for over 9 years. All of the doctors at this clinic are very good. I prefer Dr. Wendy Walker because I think she is one of the best diagnosticians in the area. I had a large breed show dog and I used Dr. Walker as my primary vet throughout his life. Dr. Walker w... read more

Efficient and Caring I first went to Town and Country because the breeder of my Siamese cats used the clinic. I have never been disappointed in the care my animals have received. Over the years, I have had several foster cats with a wide variety of ailments (some very strange and hard to diagnose). Dr. Moran has always taken the time and energy to "get to the bottom" of the problem. If a cat is not diagnosed and cured, they will never find a forever home. I have seen the other two vets, and they are very competent. Because t... read more

Run don't walk out of Town and Country Vet Karen Walker, DMV is terse, uncaring and terrible with animals. I was charged for services that I didn't authorize as well. Dr. Walker should only be allowed in a lab!!!

Through the years........... We have been clients to T&C for 34 years. Dr. Walker and Dr. Moran have cared for our variety of pets. Over the years we have owned horses, dogs, cats, 2 ferrets and a goat. Needless to say they know our family, they have always been compassionate and caring. It's wonderful to know they are there!!!!!!

Great place to take your pets! I have been going to Town and Country since 1996. Dr. Sara Moran is the best ever! She tries hard to be reasonably priced and make suggestions of non-prescription medications that may be less expensive and more easily accessible. She lovingly "put down" my 16-year-old dying doxie, while I stroked and talked to him. She is a "commonsense" vet. My pets love Dr. Moran! (My daughter drives her pets over from Arlington, VA, because she likes Town and Country and Dr. Moran that much!)I like the rest ... read more

It is convenient I disagree with the reviews. I take my cats there because it is close to my home and therefore convenient. I like my cats and I am a caring and pet compassionate owner, but I do not think my world revolves around my cats, therefore, I rather have someone knowledgeable and efficient. The staff is neither caring nor rude, just regular staff who treat you with some level of courtesy, some are better than others. I have never felt that the charges have been outrageous or been charged for anything that I did not ... read more

Excellent clinic I have been taking my pets to Dr. Wendy Walker since the late '70s. The care my dogs have received has always been excellent, and Dr. Walker is a great, no-nonsense vet. Once when I brought in my adorable but headstrong Aussie puppy, she told me I'd either have to show him who's boss or get him a flock of sheep. To show me how to use a specific type of collar on him so I could gain control over him, she actually took us outside in the back during our appointment and demonstrated the use of the collar with my... read more

Without hesitation, The Best! Fantastic service and value for the money. My Wife and I drive all the way from Frederick County Md. over 40 Minutes to Town and Country animal clinic! We have a brand new, huge animal hospital facility less than one mile from our home but we chose Dr. Walker and her staff.
