Best Vet Ever! Dr. Walker has been our family vet since the late 70s (yes, over 30 years!). She has cared for everything from all of our dogs (pure bred to mutt), cats, hamsters, and at one time our horses. Not only has she cared for our pets but also those of many other family members through the years. Dr. Walker is the best diagnostician that I have ever met. Excellent care I've been taking my pets to Town & Country Animal Clinic for about 10 years and have always been impressed with the care that they have been given. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. The DVM's are first class and the recent renovations to the facility are wonderful.
Very Helpful Not even a client of Dr Walker, but today when I called to get info about our dog, she got on phone and spoke about what I needed for 5 minutes and had many helpfull solutions. Will be dealing with her in future. Thanks
Dr. Lianides (Dr. "Li") Dr. Lianides is the best vet you could ask for. She really loves animals and has a gentle way with them. She gives you options, but will always guide you to the best decisions for your puppy. Dr. Li has also stayed late on several occasions when my puppy had an emergency. She never grumbles and always greets you with a smile. Can Mange be treated?? I bought an AKC Boxer in October of 2008 with the plans of showing her. I cropped her ears, put her through basic training and she was to begin show classes in June. In March she broke out in a horrible skin condition that turned out to be Mange.My dreams of BEST IN SHOW were crushed in one office visit I was truly hurt by this finding. Help! Bartonella Article I could not believe my eye's when I read the article in DVM360 !!! I know this is not a review, but I could not find an e-mail, so I am sending it this way. I have worked at a vet clinic for 8+ yrs., and 4 yrs. ago, I started having ALL the symptom's described in the article about Bartonella. Very Good Business- Unfair Reviews I have been going to Town and Country for over six years and have always found that the staff and doctors are kind and professional. I have witnessed many clients come in and be rude and treat the staff and doctors as if they are not a true doctors office but a public service. Of course prices will rise with each coming year, what business does not do that. Five stars - terrific vet clinic in this area! This is a really terrific veterinary clinic. The staff at front desk and vet techs are all super professional and friendly. They always try and help if they can. Dr. Walker and Dr. Moran are very thorough and knowledgable and explain things in detail. They try and fit in emergencies as needed whereas most vet clinics won't even try if they are too short on time. It's a very open, relaxed atmosphere and a very safe parking lot area for pets. Excellent Customer Service My most recent visit to T&C with Dr Walker was wonderful. I found a stray cat at my work who had a large wound on her side. Since there was no way of telling whether she had been bitten or not, we did quarnatine her for the state/county required timeline. Dr. Walker not only took time to examine the cat but explained the process the in detail. Everyday during the quarnatine Dr Walker or one of the techs would call to check on her.
