Compassionate and Caring I have been a client for over 18 years. I have an active cattery, showing and breeding Siamese. The veterinarians always give of their expertise and caring without exception. PROS: Dr. Walker and Dr. Moran are thoroughly up to date and professional. CONS: None that I can think of.
kind, take time, very caring this vet clinic is one of the best ive been to. they're desk staff was very unplessent, but dr.Walker and the other doctors have always given me more than enough opportunities to ask questions and have always given me straight forward answers. I would deffinityly roccomend this clinic.
Never Again I was treated horribly by every staff member I came into contact with. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. The staff is rude and it's quite clear they couldn't care less about my animals.
Without hesitation, The Best! Fantastic service and value for the money. My Wife and I drive all the way from Frederick County Md. over 40 Minutes to Town and Country animal clinic! We have a brand new, huge animal hospital facility less than one mile from our home but we chose Dr. Walker and her staff. Wendy Walker, DVM, is the primary care veterinarian for our nine (9) cats and four (4) dogs. Our canines include three (3) large breed Leonbergers we brought back from France and Bavaria. Rude Rude Rude I would not recomment this vet to anyone I know. I love my dog very much, as do most people. I felt very uncomfortable, judged and mistreated at Olney Town And Country Animal Clinic. I was only scheduled a total of 3 times with Dr. Wendy Walker. From the very beginning I was put off by her attitude towards my dog and her rude comments about him. Dr. Moran and Vet Assitance Linda S. are great! The reviews in here are pretty spot on, even the negative ones. I use Dr. Moran. She does genuinely seem to love animals and has good "bedside manner" with them. And Linda, the vet assistant there is excellent with animals.The reviews about Dr. Walker are dead on unfortunately. I had her once when I forgot to ask to schedule with Dr. Moran. Dr. Walker is very terse, curt, and generally not a nice person to deal with. Expensive ok care but outrageously expensive.... They charged me $48 for a generic med that I could get online for 0.60 cents. No matter what the issue is with my cat I always walk out with at least a $100 bill.
Positive Remarks about this Animal Hospital I have been going to Town and Country since 1987 when I adopted my first dog. My vet is Dr. Moran and she is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor and wonderful lady. If my dog is ill, she will check them thoroughly and do what is necessary to make them well again.
