RecommendedPeople are friendly - both management and residents. The facilities are great. The location is close to everything in Mesa. There is even bridge (the card game) and square dancing - both among my favourite activities.

They just cut down my trees. A notice was sent out saying all trees with orange markings from the park will be cut down. Mine didn’t have them. I went and asked not politely either why mine were cut. They said all trees are being but down. Buy the time you pay lot rent here and the hassle. You are better off finding a house. Less problems and you can do what you want and not have them take your rights alway.

Montesa is a beautifully designed community on the far south east side of Phoenix. The homes are beautiful, landscaping kept up nicely and the amenities and activities are great. We had been looking for three years at Montesa and when the time was right we purchased our home in March. We are so glad we did! Thank you Montesa!
