RecommendedThe community center is clean, fitness center has been renovated, a new childrens playground, and streets were repaved. Some trees were cut and trimmed out to avoid street damage from roots of trees, plumbing blockage, and prevent house damage from tree limbs. The owner and staff is always working on maintenance and improvement of the park.
RecommendedWe are going on 3 years coming in October leaving in April. We fell in love after just 2 days here. The friendliest spot we've ever stayed at. Absolutely amazing!

This place is misrepresenting, horrible management. Rude and inconsiderate to all the residents as well as being far from low income like they advertise. A better name would be Royal Hell, after all that seems to be the agenda of management.
mgmt is horrible. water tainted and shut off often.cant drink it.Manager is totally not ready for this job.Dont believe or expect anything he lies at random.never looking u in the eye behind sunglasses.osha needs to check working conditions out.State and county need to let people know they can speak wikthout fear of losing home.Im moving in Feb after 8 years because of this man.he targets women and Seniors.our previous mgrs were great.had 7 in 8 years.we nred themback
