We are going on 3 years coming in October leaving in April. We fell in love after just 2 days here. The friendliest spot we've ever stayed at. Absolutely amazing!

Nice place but.... Friendly residents, lots of activities but...management has chosen to disallow bringing in your own food and drink in the pool area. Socializing in the courtyard has decreased dramatically. There is no longer table service in the Cactus Grill area. You order at the counter and pick up at the counter. We no longer use the Grill. Annual lot rent has escalated to nearly $8000 a year. You required to pay for garbage service year round although Mesa only charges per pickup. Shop around.

Not as much fun as in past years In previous years the management allowed folks to bring a snack, a beverage and sit by the pool area and enjoy each other’s company along with some decent live music. Not much has changed except the Liquor and food restricted area was expanded to take in all the patio so not even bottled water was allowed without it being purchased at the bar/food sales area. The result wAs people were not gathering and opting to be outside the pool area in smaller more structured settings. We found it difficult to meet new people in this profit oriented environment. CanAm answer is licensing which is understandable but they fail to mention they were the ones that extended the fenced in inclusion areas to create this mess. Last time I spend about thirty to fourth dollars a week on food and beverage this year they got nothing. It is a shame to see them destroy the community environment the pool area provided and next year I as others will likely show it by moving on. I gather this is in all CanAm resorts and the ones that have unlicensed pool areas find those pool areas packed where the licensed areas are shunned . To bad they use to allow drink tabs, cash payment now every order is a separate credit card swipe. This effected the New Years event with long drink lines. At the Xmas event drinks were closed down when the till tape ran out.

Fantastic over 55 Resort. You can buy or rent a park model home or bring a RV of any kind in good condition. People are super friendly with lots to do. Resort is well ran and has many things to participate in. Two heated pools and clean facilities. Hank and his wife as well as DJ and wife and the staff are fantastic.

Great times at Tower Point. The pools , hot tubs, outdoor cafe, dance hall, sports and entertainment and all of the great people that annually meet at Tower Point make this a great location in AZ to spend a winter.
