Provide better entertainment... give residents correct information about hours of entertainment. Let us bring our own coffee mugs and water bottles into the courtyard. Don't tell us we can't sell our older mobile homes, etc. etc
The park is cutting down 80 of our beautiful trees!!!!! Yes 80. This is what our park is known for and how it is able to ask such high rent fees for. I now we will look like any other park in Clearwater. So disappointing!!! These are the trees in my back yard they are cutting down. Not diseased or dangerous !!!
RecommendedFantastic over 55 Resort. You can buy or rent a park model home or bring a RV of any kind in good condition. People are super friendly with lots to do. Resort is well ran and has many things to participate in. Two heated pools and clean facilities. Hank and his wife as well as DJ and wife and the staff are fantastic.
would not recommend crystal the manager is rude, the community has gone to hell!! And you can do everything right here but if you don't jump when they tell you to make improvements you'll end up in eviction court. they are trying to take the old mobile home out so they can have all new homes in here. I have been bullied by the manager crystal for personal reasons. Also I don't enjoy the rent increase every year and you get absolutely nothing in return. floods when it rains..rent too high..not recommended for seniors on social security.take half of your check to pay lot rent.
