Service Dept Unexpected emergency visit to your Service Dept. earlier this week. Called at 2 pm from an hour and a half away, got me in immediately when I got there at 4 and had me fixed and out by 5. Very impressed and happy with Mike and the staff in the service dept.
Great service This is the second time the body shop has worked on my car, it's the excellent work they did on my car the first time, is why they worked on it the second time. Once again the work was great, customer service was amazing, it is hard to get such excellent service now days, the body shop is amazing and they should get credit for working so hard. Ford Technicians are the Best! Ford's excellent service technicians are one of the main reasons I am a loyal Ford Motor Company customer. I count on the technician's expert knowledge and skills to keep my Ford trucks and cars in top shape and well maintained. The key to this is Ford's committment to keeping their technicians up-to-date in their training and providing them with the highest level of documentation (service manuals, service bulletins, online training, and factory training seminars, etc.).
Great service, professional staff Went into have brakes worked on. Had run over something the night before with damage to car. Service Department very helpful with working with my vehicle so they could repair the damage. Once completed. They had good communicates and got a 25.00 rebate on my brake work also.
