Buy local My wife bought a 2021 Explorer from Josh this past summer and we love it. I had done business with Reineke since 1993. 2 years ago I was looking for a used truck and went elsewhere. My bad. Went back to Josh and came home with a 2019 F 150 4x4 that I was looking for 2 years ago. I have always been treated great. I will never go anywhere else again. Any problem I ever had they were right there to help.

Worst car lot I've been to Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs and our interest rate and payment were told to us. The sales rep even told me he would bring it to the hospital, my place of work.
