Happy customer Service was good,staff was helpful. I was willing to take this serval,but every time I think I'm done,I'm asked to do something more.For this reason I retract all that I've said and fail your service in every way.

Great Staff Great staff, love the service department Mike and Christine and a wonderful salesman Tylor bought 2 vehicles from Tower ford and we have only live here for the past 3 1/2 years Had my uncle go there and he also bought a new car too

owner F 350 F350 Super Duty (service is always great) Staff is also great. I only have one issue and that's the sales. It is so hard to deal with Tower Ford, I mean Hard. There is not many people whom don't check out other dealerships before purchasing. But when a salesman says well if the deal is that much better then go and buy there.. That serves a big question mark on my mind as I hear this many times a yr from folks in our community. If this is the policy so be it. but! I would think its about selling numbers not always... read more
