Maintenance trip to Seraphin Ford. Routine maintenance, done well and timely as always.
Great service My experience was excellent. The technician was so incredibly professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and the quality of work was excellent... It was almost like I worked on it myself it was done so well. Would definetly go back to have this man work on my vehicle. The service advisor Ned (I think that was his name), was very helpful to, he handled my paperwork promptly and got me in and out quickly. All in all a great experience. Ford Escape 2017 - love it! Ed Welles was a great, he was very helpful and kept me in the loop at all time and was wonderful to deal with. The dealership is very convenient to my home, all the sales and finance people were very nice and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy and I was given all the options and facts. I love my new 2017 Escape Titanium

Small town, great buying experience! I purchased a 2016 Ford F150. My salesman was Phillip Rodriguez and he was great, I consider him a friend now more than a car salesman. I have already recommended Bud Cross Ford and Phillip to a VFW buddy of mine in the market for a Ford.
