2015 Ford Escape Service A tear in my right front tire caused me to go to Hayes Ford. They ordered me a tire right then and the next afternoon I took my vehicle to the dealer and my tire was replaced. Great service, great attitudes.
Great Buying Experience The basic experience just working with your sales reps was very good: They responded to my calls, called me back and tried to do the best they could for us. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like it was all about the bottom line.

Ford Fiesta The service techs at Reinekee Dealership, in Fostoria, are great. They go over and above to help get my car working properly. I highly recommend them. My car; however, not so great.

Great service My experience was excellent. The technician was so incredibly professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and the quality of work was excellent... It was almost like I worked on it myself it was done so well. Would definetly go back to have this man work on my vehicle. The service advisor Ned (I think that was his name), was very helpful to, he handled my paperwork promptly and got me in and out quickly. All in all a great experience.
