Great service The service at Tower Ford has been great. I have a 2014 F 350. The staff has been great to deal with.
Oil change Even tho I made a appt. for a tuesday I was able to move it to Monday.
Salesman Andrew Osborn was awesome Andrew Osborn was great!! Friendly, helpful and made it happen including Jimmy However one of the guys (younger guy owners son) that sits in the room making the decisions on price is very unfriendly and don't care for him much at all, on the trade in showed up for him to test drive and when he came out to test drive I said hi how are you doing etc.. And he looked at me and said nothing and kept walking when he got back from the test drive I said the same thing and again no response, just ab... read more
