25,000 SERVICE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULD NOT ROTATE MY TIRES. THEY HAVE LOTS OF TREAD ON THEM.
Service Department They pay attention to you the moment you walk into the door. Courteous and friendly. They provided us a courtesy car (we're in our mid 60's) so that we didn't have to walk to find a place to eat and wait comfortably for the hour and a half that our truck was being serviced. Everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely concerned for you.

Freindly envirnment, and great service: 2012 f150 crew cab short bed. Under warranty we had a difficult problem to diagnose with the steering. We also had a rough operating drivers power seat. The service manager Mike, was right on top of these issues and couldn't have done a better job of resolving these problems in a timely manner. Thanks you Tower Ford.
Great service I have had nothing but great service at Tower Ford. The staff has always been very helpful and explains everything for me. My truck is always done when they say it will be ready. I always tell people about Tower Ford and the service that I get there.

Not sure what you want for title. EVERY time I've taken my truck to Tower Ford for maintenance the experience has been exceptional. Mike and the gang do a great job.
