Sync issues This is the worst dealer I've ever delt with. Say they will call back but never do. Can't and won't repair problem. Nothing but the run around even though it's under warranty. Will never buy another Ford product again.
Honesty and integrity The guys know I'm very particular about my vehicle so when I being it in, they take care of it. Unfortunately, having an older vehicle means sometimes I'm there more often than I would like. I drive from Columbus, Ohio to Fostoria (as my son used to live there) to get the work done because they are honest (Dave, Chad). I don't get overcharged because I'm a female (many places have). They always take good care of my car and me. Thank you!
Diane Tyler Ray Seraphin Ford has been my dealership of choice for several years both for service and the purchase of my 2015 Ford Escape. Repairs have always been completed in a timely manner, and the staff are courteous and professional. I have recommended the dealership in the past and most assuredly will continue to do so!
