I've trying to get through to someone in medical records for almost a month. Calling everyday. No one ever returns my calls. I have even left a voicemail with the office manager.
On April 1, 2023, I started a course of several heart attacks with severe pain thinking it was something else. On April 16 at the ER I found I had severe heart failure range damage. April 17 a catheterization by Dr. Koslow, finding I needed open heart surgery due to a huge blockage.
