I am a patient of an excellent cardiologist, Dr. Bennett. However the office staff is another study. At my last visit Dr. Bennett told me to call if I started to have any problems. Well I called when I developed shortness of breath with premature heart beats. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I spoke with a nurse who told me I was seen 6 weeks ago and everything was ok and did not want to know my current problem. She was very rude. The NP that i saw was so rude i arrived late thought my appt was at 430 pm was at 400 pm saw my texts for my appt but this appt was make a month ago and the doctor who i liked left the practice i. can see why now. the np was so rude about me being late and kept going on about it i was concerned about my heart and my family history all she could say was about me and not so concerned a about the family history of heart problems i was told everything was fine and when i hit my 70s i will have to see a heart doctor and if i have... read more

I dont know what Randy is complaining about. Amy and the staff have always been respectful of me as a patient and I have always received good care. Maybe if Randy was more precise on his complaint we all would be enlightened.r
I had a heart problem and saw Amy and her group. I now will find another doctor to go to as I am afraid to go back to her and her staff I have never had this bad an experience in my life with any other doctor/ staff. Incompetence that I paid dearly for. Followed orders to a tee and then was treated like a pariah when they messed up one day and I went back the next to get a referral. I know that this note will do no good to change things in this office but I had to say something.
