Everything went smoothly with my 3rd office visit @ Viva Heart & Vein. Check in @ the front desk was easy & wait time was timely. My time with nurse Suzanne was conducted very professionally & prepared me for my medical visit w Dr Mandviwala. Prompt, courteous…two components missing from most practices today…especially “corporate practices.” Thank GOD there still privately owned practices that actually care! They got me in, I had barely completed the new patient paperwork and was taken back to the exam room. The nurse took bp and info regarding visit..genuinely interested/concerned, not just going through the motions of gathering data. This is a well-run medical office. They see lots of patients but I never have to wait long and I feel like I have the doctor's complete attention when I visit. My medical issues that brought me there in the first place have greatly improved. What more is there to say? Recommend!
